No. Josie is an AI transaction coordinator. She's clearly labeled as AI in the app and in every message she sends, and anything that needs a human comes to you.
How much does it cost?
Josie is priced per transaction, below what a traditional transaction coordinator charges. Pilot pricing will be shared with agents directly before launch.
Which states and contracts work today?
We're piloting in Georgia with the GAR purchase and sale agreement. More states are on the way, each with its own deadline rules.
Will Josie email my clients without asking?
Only if you let her. You control who Josie contacts, what she can send on her own, and what waits for your approval.
What happens if the contract is unclear?
Josie flags it and asks you. She never fills a gap with a guess, and you verify every term before deadlines are created.
Does it work with Dotloop?
Not yet. Dotloop support is in development, and today you upload your documents directly to Josie.
